Overview of the role:

We are hiring an Account Excellence Associate who will work with the business development team to develop long term relationships with a portfolio of existing and new clients, connecting with key business decision-makers to build a trusted adviser relationship. The goal of the role is to provide timely advice, support, up sell and cross-sell of all services we offer to our clients.


  • Ensuring proper account management of all roles under their portfolio to ensure client satisfaction
  • On-boarding and training clients on how to use the features of the platform
  • Up-selling and cross-selling to all clients under their portfolio
  • Work with the Lead to revive all dead leads to ensure we maximize the lifetime value of the client
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Monitoring all posted campaigns to ensure a successful hire
  • Monitoring and analyzing customer’s usage of the Fuzu platform

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Strong attention to detail
  • At least 2 years of sales experience with an online B2B platform is an added advantage
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

Job Requirements

Required education: Diploma, Associate’s degree
Required relevant work experience: 2 years
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
