Description

Our solution offers one-on-one sessions to help candidates gain and project confidence during their job interview. At the beginning of the first 1 hour 15 minutes session, your assigned coach will conduct a diagnostic mock interview to assess your current interview performance and give you feedback of how you are currently performing, explaining what is working, what is not, and how to improve it. The coach will start working with you on a variety of exercises to develop your personal brand and personalized interview responses. At the end of the session, the coach will email you notes, summarizing areas of improvement and exercises they’d like you to complete before the interview.

In the next 45 minute session, the coach will review your preparation, including your completed homework exercises. After the review, the coach will do another mock interview with you and give you on-the-spot coaching to help you sound confident, polished, and relaxed during the interview and enable you clinch that job.
